  1. Great set of goals – I am really impressed by your step count! I work in an office job and I get under 5000 steps a day so increasing my activity is something I’d like to do this year.

  2. Making healthier choices is also one of my goals this year. I want to make better food choices, drink more water and workout more. I find that keeping a food diary really helps! I use an app called Yazio at it’s easier than a paper diary. I can write down what I eat and what I drink (which helps drinking more water throughout the day).
