Shop Update

For 2018 my goals are to added more to my Etsy and offer prints. For awhile now I have been wanting to offer prints to my Etsy but not entirely sure how to go about offering them. After shopping around and trying to find the right source I think I found a few options. I want a place where I could offer multiple sizes for prints and maybe one day other items as well.

So far my options I’m looking at are Zazzle and Printful. With Zazzle they offer so many options it’s unreal. They have the print sizes I’m looking to offer and so much more. They have a small fee that they take like Etsy. Then there is Printful. They link up with your shop like Etsy and fill the orders for that order. They also take a fee for production. I feel like if I do end up with zazzle then I will have to separate my store. Jewelry and crystals on Etsy and prints on zazzle.

So besides offering prints I have been working on some new artwork and cannot wait to show you guys. I have two small series that I have playing around with for a while now and finally put them on paper. Which will in turn be digitized. So fracking excited. I just can’t wait to see how they will turn out when finished.

I am hoping to work on new crystals, Mala bracelets and necklaces. I still have a few diffuser bracelet left over in my Etsy from last year as well as crystals, like selenite and rock salt. As I said before I can’t wait to share what’s coming!

Life update- New Job, Desk space, Books, Etsy Update, Cat

I thought I would share what has been going on in my life. Lots of new things have happen in the last few weeks, I started a new job, got a new desk, bought some new book, Etsy update next week and also have a cat now.

As I write this on my new desk we just bought the other day from my the new job I started. I have been talking how i want a desk for the bedroom. We could not pass it up since it was $49 with 15% off clearance, plus with my 10% discount and in store card we ended up with 30% off in total. Well worth the money. It fits perfect in front of our bedroom window. I love that I can also work on my art or write in the bedroom and listen or watch tv while I work instead of taking over the kitchen table, and my husband can do and watch whatever in the living. The sun was not helping today when I took this picture.

So in august I quite working at the clothing store at the mall and started a new job closer to home and that pays more. I loved working with people at the mall but it just didn’t pay as much. At this new job, I’m basically doing the same thing as I did before, fixing and cleaning up area. I enjoy it a lot, I’m just not a big fan of working the fitting rooms.

I recently went on a book splurge. I have Kindle Unlimited, which I love. So the other day I ended up getting on Kindle Witch by Lisa Lister, Llewelyn’s The 2018 Herbal Almanic, Llewellyn’s 2018 Sabbats Almanac and Llewellyn’s 2018 Witches’ Companion. On paperback I got  1001 spells by Cassandra Eason,  Llewelyn’s 2018 Magical Almanac and Llewellyn’s 2018 Witches’ Datebook.  I super excited to get the date book in the mail. I plan on using it for tracking my tarot reading, dreams and such. IMG_2067.jpg

I also have been working on my Etsy. I have a bunch of Fall/Halloween art work in the works that I will be adding next week on 9/21. I have also started an art series that I just love! I might even have two!

My husband and I are now cat parents to a beautiful brown male tabby cat who is about 6 months to a year old . We have decided to named him Floki. At first we were calling him Lynx but Floki fits him.  He stumbled upon our apartment building and was hanging around for a while. One of the neighbors who has a small dog was feeding him, hoping someone would claim him. Sadly no one did, but someone did try to shut him outside and trap him on the second story awning above the door for the apartment. We rescued him and he followed us to our apartment and he is now ours. I have looked online and asked around  if anyone is missing a cat but no one has claimed him. He is extremely loving, huge cuddle bug and very playful. Also very mischievous but good. Floki likes to take socks and walk around with them and leave them where ever, he also likes to hump any bunched up blankets on the bed. He only does this on the bed, we made a appointment for neutering on October 6.

Pink Himalayan Salt Rock Lamps

Its more than just a pretty pink rock. Pink Himalayan Salt Rock has many benefits to you.  I love my Salt Rock lamp. I have one in our bedroom and living room.  The orange glow from it is the perfect nightlight, has a calming and warm light. Also mine came with a dimmer so I can control the brightness.

Salt lamps large pieces of pure Himalayan Salt with a small bulb inside that you plug into the wall. They can be a solid piece of salt rock or decorative baskets filled with large crystals of salt. They offer a nice warm glow when lit and may be beneficial for indoor air quality.  Himalayan salt crystals can even be powdered to use as salt in recipes if needed.

1.Mineral bath

Salt and mineral baths are a great way to relax at the end of the day while  infusing the skin and body with minerals and hydration.  Because it contains so many of the different minerals our bodies need to stay healthy.

2. Purify Air

Himalayan pink salt detoxify the body, you can also use it to clean the air you breathe.

You may have seen a lamp and not known what it is. This decorative lamp  is actually a chunk of Rock Salt, which acts as a natural air purifier by pulling moisture from the air into the salt.  The heat then evaporates the water back into the air, but any toxins that were in the air are left behind, trapped by the salt ions.

3. Light and Color Therapy

Salt Rock lamps  boost mood and energy levels, especially for those with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). The soft orange hue are one of the soothing colors to help calm moods and increase focus.

4. Natural Negative Ion Generator

Positive ions are often created by electronic devices like computers, TVs, microwaves, Negative ions neutralize positive ions (by bonding together) and help cleanse the air. Salt Rock lamps offer a warm orange glow that many people find relaxing.
